April 27th Kings day in the Netherlands, so also in Aruba

Most businesses are closed this day, on the Kings birthday. We all dress up in the colour Orange (the King's last name is van Oranje, which means; from Orange), and we play old fashion games, drink (too much sometimes, I admit), we party, sing, make music and sell old stuff (porch sale).

All in Papiamento, so I must say; that was an extra challenge. Never the less I could understand most  of what was told, said and written, so I am extra proud. Now I know more about Aruba; the history, the culture, the environmental plans, and so on.
